My problem is with this company. Have no idea about the product. I purchased a keyboard that took weeks to arrive. Turns out the company is in China. Wrong keyboard. Yep my bad.
Here's the problem. I'm not shipping all the way back to china which will cost me almost the cost of the item ($23.00) in addition to having to pay the company $8.00 for the shipping to me.
I own an online business. I often work with my customers and lose a few dollars rather than have my customers write a review warning others to be aware, if you buy and make a mistake you're fully up the creek. I won't buy anything from them again.
Hope this was worth $11 all that they had to refund to maintain repeat customer and not get bad review. Shoot, I may have accepted even less but not desire at all to work with me.
